Constructed from vintage French cotton (50-70 years old) this relaxed fitting blazer has been naturally dyed using anthracite, a type of charcoal. Variation and change in colour over time are unique and desirable characteristics of natural dyes, the anthracite can be expected to fade slowly closer to grey over time. This blazer features a generous lapel, large patch pockets at the waist, and a single internal patch pocket with a button closure at the left breast. Meticulously finished with hand-shanked buttons and hand sewn buttonholes in French silk thread as well as hand tacking at the collar. Buttons are of vintage origin and are no longer produced in this colour and size combination.
